~2 Entrees, 1 Potato, 2 Vegetables, 2 Salads, Tiered Vegetable & Relish Trays, Assorted Rolls w/butter, Coffee, Punch, Complete Table Service & Uniformed Staff.
~Elegantly decorated buffet table: White linen tablecloth & skirting (colors extra) accented with silk greenery, flowers, ribbon and finished with an elegant centerpiece.
~All food items clearly labeled.
~All guest tables covered in white linen.
~Uniformed personnel will assist the guests of honor through the buffet line and carry their dinner to their table.
~Hostess will release your guest tables and uniformed staff will clear tables after the meal.
~Hot foods are maintained in heated chafing pans to ensure food quality and are continuously refilled by our waitstaff.
~Full dinnerware will be provided (deluxe disposable plates, salad bowls, flatware & napkins) China and additional dinnerware options are available.
~Salt & Pepper shakers for each guest table.
~Uniformed server to cut and plate the cake.
~Champagne glasses provided for the head table.
~Uniformed servers to pour Champagne for the first toast (head table only).
~Lemon ice water carafes for each guest table.
